Urgent Repairs

Urgent repairs are defined as:

• A water service not working
• A blocked or broken lavatory system (if there is only one lavatory in the premises)
• A serious roof leak
• A gas leak or failure of supply
• Water supply failure or burst pipes
• A dangerous electrical fault or disconnection
• Flooding or serious flood damage
• Serious storm or fire damage
• A failure or breakdown of any essential service or appliance provided by the landlord or agent for cooking, laundry or heating (if this is your only form of heating)
• A serious fault in a lift or staircase in the rented premises
• Any fault or damage that makes the rented premises unsafe or insecure
