Open For Inspections
In accordance with the Victorian Government requirements, only fully vaccinated persons will be able to attend open for inspections with a limit of 1 person per 4sqm indoors, and 1 person per 2sqm outdoors.
Masks must be worn at all times indoors.
Should you be unvaccinated or do not wish to disclose your vaccination status, please speak to the agent to arrange a private inspection.
On Site Auctions
Outdoor auctions are permitted for up to 50 fully vaccinated persons in line with the Victorian Government regulations.
Should you be unvaccinated or do not wish to disclose your vaccination status, please speak to the agent to arrange your bidding to be conducted remotely or to have someone attend and bid on your behalf.
